JIRA connector Error during saving workitems: Bad Request: Null

Hello,

Just started trying out the JIRA connector and I am running into an issue...

[INFO] 07-10-2014 23:35:18 Checking V1 workitems closed since  was closed at 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM.

Anyone ever run into this before?  Smells like I'm missing some kind of required field maybe? Hard for me to tell given that error message.

I'd appreciate any help.

The integration does require a "JIRA" value to be added to the Source list type in V1. Have you done that?

No luck.  Now I see "Error trying to create Workitem in VersionOne for [/DP-21] Defect Test for V1 in JIRA" but same error message otherwise.

How can I debug this?  Any logs? What could it be?

Ok, finally figure out it was a permissions issue.  

I gave the service account on the V1 side system admin rights and everything worked.

Great! Glad you figured that out.

Note that in general, "Project Admin" rights should be sufficient.
