Compiling graphs from the cascade editing menu with graph repository

Minor inconvenience — the “Compile” button on the menu for making and editing cascades in the user interface appears to call Grf2Fst2 without defining the graph repository, even though I have defined it in my preferences. Is there any way to change this behavior?
