Does anyone know of a small, well-built camper-van manufactured in
Great Britain, suitable for years of practical European touring for two
people?
We like the Cicada Spirit van, made by Schwabenmobil in Germany. It is
a high-top van built upon a Mercedes Sprinter chassis, with a practical
interior made of cherry-wood. It is very compact, clean, and well-made,
with excellent insulation for hot and cold weather. You can see this
van at: http://www.netit.de/schwabenmobil/homepage.htm
Is there a comparable British van? We are currently in the USA, and
we plan to purchase our van soon. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Robert & Angie

* The LaStada's are German conversions imported into the UK by Richard
Holdsworth. They are very high quality conversions, which I can't
recommend highly enough. I took delivery of the Avanti today, trading in
my Autosleeper Harmony (also very good).
This list is not complete and I will try to find contact numbers /
addresses for any you are interested in if you email me on
