Greetings!

Does anyone know of a small, well-built camper-van manufactured in
Great Britain, suitable for years of practical European touring for two
people?

We like the Cicada Spirit van, made by Schwabenmobil in Germany. It is
a high-top van built upon a Mercedes Sprinter chassis, with a practical
interior made of cherry-wood. It is very compact, clean, and well-made,
with excellent insulation for hot and cold weather. You can see this
van at: http://www.netit.de/schwabenmobil/homepage.htm

Is there a comparable British van? We are currently in the USA, and
we plan to purchase our van soon. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Robert & Angie

My German's not good enough to read too much about the Cicada itself, but
the Swift Mondial is a similar size. Could be worth a try ?

my Autosleeper Harmony (also very good).

This list is not complete and I will try to find contact numbers /

Robert,

Swift and Bessacarr on http://www.swiftleisure.co.uk

Autosleeper not on web, but try http://www.donamott.com for pictures and
basic details of range.

All my three autosleepers in the past have been well built.

regards,

Bob
