I would like to bring to your attention outrageous perversions
occurring in the fine town of Attleboro, Massachusetts.
For some time now, one group of people with a bizarre alternative
lifestyle has been engaging in unsafe and unnatural practices right
under the noses of town officials and police.
Practitioners of this lifestyle use strange equipment, including rubber
and latex. They do things like submit themselves to tremendous
pressure, and suffer ill health effects because of it. These people
sometimes damage their ears, occasionally causing permanent deafness.
They routinely experience hemorrhages in the blood vessels of their
eyes. Yet the police in Attleboro allow this group to continue
practicing unmolested.
These people who engage in this activity undergo an altered mental and
physical state they call MDR. Sometimes, in order to safely achieve
this state, they breath special mixtures of oxygen and nitrogen or
oxygen and helium through respirators. These respirators need to be
held clasped between their teeth. Eventually, after many years, some
practitioners lose their teeth and even purchase special respirators
that can be held without teeth, rather than abandon what is obviously a
dangerous and unhealthy lifestyle.
Some of these people even introduce their CHILDREN into these
activities. Often they take these children to special "resorts" --
including outside the country -- where after a short course, anyone can
participate without being licensed.
These people have national organizations and organize trips abroad for
the sole purpose of pursuing their alternative lifestyle. Sometimes on
these trips, these people have sexual relations with each other.
When these people practice this activity which they acknowledge is
dangerous, they do take precautions. Still, they acknowledge that even
if they do everything correctly, there is still a significant chance
that they will die a slow and painful death from a condition called
DCI. According to an article I read called "Body Count," this activity
caused 483 accidents and 85 deaths in 1996. This same article says
that there were 104 deaths from this activity in 1995. These
statistics were taken from an organization called DAN.
The "Body Count" article quotes:
"The DAN report describes 17 [practitioners] who had severe
neurological problems from DCI, but continued to [participate]. They
include two [practitioners] who had numbness in their legs and
difficulty walking, a [practitioner] with difficulty speaking and
facial tingling, and another who was lightheaded and coughing up blood.
Despite these not-so-subtle hints, they continued to [participate]
without seeking medical attention"
One of these houses of ill-fame is in Attleboro today, taking money
from patrons in exchange for helping them do unnatural things to
themselves and their children.
This sick lifestyle is called "SCUBA Diving."
I insist that the police immediately move to shut down Scuba Center at
1 Highland Ave in Attleboro. They should pursue these dangerous and
unsafe people with the same vigor they showed in pursuing the private
bondage party located just 150 feet down the street from the Attleboro
Police Station.
If we allow people to SCUBA dive, next they'll be thinking they can
spank each other, just because they are consenting adults.
It is bad enough that we encourage people to do things like run in
marathons. Last year, over 18,000 people participated in the Boston
Marathon. There were first aid stations all along the route, and many
people required medical attention or hospitalization. Many urinated
blood after the race. All of this in pursuit of a "runner's high"--
the same endorphin reaction sought by those who practice sadomasochism.
People even encouraged children to watch and participate in this
aberrant and self-abusing lifestyle.
In fact, Both Detectives John Otrando and Timothy Cook, the officers in
the Paddleboro Raid, even participate in the alternative and
self-abusing lifestyle of running.
According to Spitler Race Systems, Cook and Otrando both participated
in one of these "running" events on April 5, 1998, in Fall River during
the 4th Annual Officer Thomas J. Guinta Memorial 5K race. The very
POLICE are exploiting people by taking their money, and making them
risk injury to raise money for their cause.
How dare they take people's money so that they can force themselves to
run a painful and dangerous 5k race? In their spandex shorts and
revealing tank-tops, they create an obscene and perverse sexual
display, exposing their tightly packaged privates to non-consenting
neighbors -- even children.
By promoting these "running" events, the police are sending a message
that it is OK for these "runners" to wear practically nothing in
public, risking heart attack, knee injury, and dehydration -- not to
mention the occasional motor vehicle versus pedestrian accident.
And God forbid someone get sexually aroused, then the police themselves
are pimping the runners by collecting money to display the gonads of
their officers in Lycra shorts. All of this while Attleboro Police
Officers get an endorphin runners high from engaging in what is a
sadomasochistic activity-- for money!
Let He who is Without Sin Cast the First Spoon.
First they allow the runners, then the SCUBA people, and then the
bondage people, and the next thing you know they have religious cults
starving children to death. Attleboro had better get on the ball
before someone notices.
