Tracy Morgan settles with Walmart

So says a filing in Federal court in Newark, NJ. Both sides used the term 'amicable' to reporters. No word on when the truck driver gets his day in court.

Tracy's lawyer (who thinks he's a comedian too) was just on "Today," and Matt Lauer announced that Tracy will be a guest on the show this Monday. Can't remember if he'll be live in the studio, but it sounded that way.
