Opened with a flashback, a pet-peeve of mine, then smash-cut to lots of shots of Katherine Heigl wearing very little clothing. Despite Heigl's remarkable set of plot points, the story was sluggish. Reminded me of "E-Ring," the short-lived series about Pentagon paper pushers.
