'Luther' Original Coming Back

As an Americanization of the BBC detective series is in put pilot mode over at Fox, the Beeb and BBCA say that the original series will come back for two episodes next year:

Luther is really a vehicle for Idris Elba.  If he is not in it I can't see the show making it
