In Cold Blood, the '60s true-crime bestseller already lent to big- and small-screen adaptations, and covered by two biopics about the writer, gets picked up by the Weinstein Company for an event series, to be produced by Gary Oldman and his (sometime-radio-talk-show-host) partner Doug Urbanski... no network has stepped up yet...
