Pandora had been trying for upwards of two years to take over Hits 102.7 KXMZ, Box Elder, South Dakota (the previous owner, Connoisseur, owns four stations here in 'the Valley', and yes, they do have DJs) while the music-licencing groups questioned exactly how much of the parent company's ownership is by non-US entities... FCC finally relented after requiring them to monitor ...
