Joe says that his work with the restaurants he owns and manages with Mario Batali and the Eatlay restaurant/grocery chain is not allowing him to be a co-host/judge on the Fox culinary reality comp any longer--his last cycle will be the third cycle of the "Junior" franchise which starts in January--no replacement yet from producer One Potato Two Potato (once owned by Gordon Ramsay, now by the British reality giant All4Media) or format owner Shine:

There's such a shortage of bloviating TV chefs, however will they find someone to replace him?
