Charter next in line for attempt at TWC

It's much smaller than its target (6mil customers v 15mil), and is offering nearly $10bil more than Comcast did. Charter's current acquisition plans for Bright House have no bearing on a TWC grab, and FCC chair Wheeler assured the firms they won't quash any deal...

Apparently, Charter has even worse customer service that TWC or Comcast. Makes me, as a TWC subscriber, feel all warm inside.
