Student Announcements:

Juniors and Seniors! A representative from the University of Oklahoma will be giving a presentation in Ellen and Daniel's room today during lunch. Pop in and get some great information!

Mrs. Ingram will have a very brief but important meeting today at lunch (12 noon) in room 31 for all students who signed up for this coming weekend's ACT Prep workshop. Please check in with Mrs. Ingram if you are unable to attend. Students who signed up for the workshop but are now unable to attend one or both days need to notify Mrs. Ingram as soon as possible.

The last day to sign up with Mary for schedule adjustments for the 2nd trimester is this Wednesday, November 19.

Students: There will be an OML meeting today after school in room 14 from 3-4. We will be discussing last weekend and looking forward to recruiting new members.

Key Club: The Key Club officers are excited to invite our Key Club members to our very first social! We will meet at Incredible Pizza on Monday, November 24 at 6:00 pm. The price for buffet, drink, AND a $20 game card is only $15 per person! We need to collect the money prior to the 24th, so please get your money in to any Key Club officer. Also, there will be a Key Club meeting this Wednesday, 11/19, at lunch in Madame Doss's room, and officers will meet tomorrow (Tuesday 11/18) at lunch in advance of the Wednesday meeting.

All Speech and Debate team members attending this weekend's tournament at Mounds need to have their permission slips turned in by the end of the school day today. Remember debate entries are $5.00 and speech entries on Saturday are $3.00 (duo each pays $3.00 separately). Please bring money for food and your entry fees on the day you compete. Pick up is in the front of the building at 7 am on Saturday. Drop off in the back of the building both Friday and Saturday.

Anime Club will meet tomorrow (Tuesday, 11/18) at lunch.

Seniors: Please check and initial your name on the list in Room 28 by Wednesday, November 19. On Thursday, November 20 the list will be emailed to Jostens to be printed on the mugs. The current spelling will be used unless you make a correction.

Seniors, you have one month to submit your senior picture, baby picture, and senior quote to the yearbook staff. See Dan for details or simply email those things todh...@tsas.org

Tulsa Tech Open House

If you are considering enrolling in Tulsa Tech for the Spring semester or in the fall of 2015 then you are invited to their open house THIS TUESDAY after school. Open house events will be held on ALL Tulsa-Tech campuses from 3:30 to 6:30. These are come-and-go style so you can drop in at your convenience.

Go and learn about their programs, meet the instructors, tour the classrooms and labs. The Open House counts toward your 20 application tour points so remember to fill out your program visit card!

College Event Updates:

Naval Academy Admissions Event:

There will be an Admissions Information Forum (midshipmen will attend) in Tulsa on Sunday, November 23 from 2-4 PM at the Hardesty Library (93^rd and Memorial-on the hill behind Jackie Cooper Imports Auto dealership). Reservations not required.

There will be a similar event in Oklahoma City at Bishop McGuinness HS on Saturday, November 29, from 10 AM until noon as well.

University of Arkansas Fort Smith Preview Days are scheduled for November 22 and December 9th. Register online at UAFS.EDU/PREVIEW-DAYS . Check-in begins at 8:30 and the event ends after lunch.
