Tryton Access Control

Hi all,

Could someone point me to a thread or a documentation which explains and (if possible illustrates) access control and authorization management in Tryton please ?
Or to make it simpler, a good introduction on ir and res module. I think those are base modules on which the core is built on. Understanding that could be of great help.

Is it possible to rearrange menu items ? Besides using sequence numbers? Let's say that I would like to make everything under Administration -> Sequences under Administration -> Models. Could it be possible?
