Special program

"Get out of town, or how to travel with your bike"

 Presented by Ian Joyce, a USA Cycling-certified coach who regularly travels around the USA to participate in cycling events. He will talk about how to make cycling a part of your travels–including how to get your bike from point A (home) to point B (your destination) and back again. He’ll share tips about what to do and mistakes he’s made and seen, while highlighting some of the places he’s ridden.

 Ian is a past president of the GVC, an active area ride leader, a board member of JDRF, and the creator & admin for the popular Triad Ride Google group.
