Subject: Request for Proposals: SFMTA-2019-01 - Next Generation Customer Information System

 

Hello,

 

The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) seeks Proposals from qualified firms to develop, construct, and maintain the Next Generation Customer Information System (Next Generation System), a new real-time vehicle arrival and service update system for the San Francisco Municipal Railway public transportation network. The Next Generation System will replace an existing real-time passenger information system that has served San Francisco for more than 15 years, and leverage transportation technology innovations to help customers make better travel decisions and improve the overall public transit experience.

 

You are hereby invited to submit your proposal in connection with the award of such services.

 

The SFMTA encourages Proposers to attend a Pre-Proposal Conference on October 3, 2018 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, to be held at SFMTA Headquarters at 1 South Van Ness Ave, 2nd Floor Atrium, San Francisco, California.  The SFMTA will address Proposers’ questions and will provide any new or additional information concerning the RFP or selection process at the Pre-Proposal Conference.
