Add new route in public train

Can end user add in new route to the transit map? The new route had been started 8 months ago but Google transit didn't update.

Google and other publishers of transit data use GTFS data feeds made by transit agencies themselves. So your would need to contact your agency to see why they haven't updated their feed. Once they do, publishers usually update between a week and a month after discovering the new data. You can also let Google know there is a problem with the feed, as the data might be outdated.
