[ANN] PlantUmlMacro 2.0 release

Version 2.0 of the PlantUmlMacro has been released. The macro should work with Trac >= 0.11. Support for Trac < 1.0 will be dropped in the next release. Source and installation instructions can be found on trac-hacks.
