Hi,
Is it possible to create a permission that allows an authenticated user
to administer ticket-component and versions without being able to change
the Priorities, Resolutions Severities and Ticket Types? If so how?
TIA
Joost

Hi Joost. It should be possible with TracFineGrainedPermissions [1], however there is a bug, or incomplete implementation, or whatever you want to call it; which will likely block you from doing so [2]. Hopefully we can get this fixed in Trac 1.0.2.

Not easily, sorry. This is all TICKET_ADMIN [1].
OTOH it might be possible using fine grained permissions [2], if you
restrict following paths differently
admin:ticket/components
admin:ticket/versions (untested).

TracFineGrainedPermissions are now supported for the //admin// realm. The changes can be found on the trunk and 1.0-stable, and will be released in 1.0.2/1.1.2.
