TypeError encountered with FoldMacroProcessorMacro

Am receiving the following error message when attempting to use the
Subject Macro for the first time.

TypeError: expand_macro() takes exactly 5 arguments (4 given)

Works on Trac 0.13dev. Does not work on Trac 0.11.6. Apparently there
was an internal API change in between.

I've found the same for a similar macro. I think the issue with the FoldMacroProcessorMacro is most likely the same issue described here:
