When I enter carriage returns in the textarea custom field, all the text wraps up to the proceeding lines. Is there a workaround? This does not occur with the standard Description field.

Thank you. I see that the formatting works while editing the text under Modify but the text wraos when displayed in the ticket header area. Is there a solution for this effect?
