Release plan
* Sat Jun 6: 1.5.1
* Sat Jun 13: 1.4.2
* Sat Jun 20: 1.2.6 (last release planned for 1.2.x)
* Sat Jun 27: 1.0.20 (last release planned for 1.0.x)
* Sat July 4: 1.5.2 (hoping this will support Python 3)
* Sat Sept 5: 1.6 (should support Python 3)

This is not definitive, just posting for review and feedback.

Once 1.6 is released supporting Python 3, I plan to spend very little time supporting 1.4 and earlier releases.
I'll still make releases if Jun or others make changes on those branches. The release process is pretty quick now.

After a long delay, I've rescheduled the milestones:

* Sat Jan 9th: 1.4.3, 1.5.3
* Sat Jan 23rd: 1.6

Going forward, I plan to work almost exclusively on Trac 1.6 and later, with the exception of critical fixes to 1.4.x.

We are way behind as I've not had much time to work on it. I'd like to release 1.5.4 soon, after implementing #13406:

Trac 1.6 can follow shortly after. If anyone wants to make an attempt at implementing #13406, please do, otherwise I will aim to find time to work on it this weekend or next.

I haven't had any time to work on it, but still hoping to release 1.6 by end-of-year. The key tickets to resolve are:

I'm hoping to get 1.5.4 out in early November if #13406 and #13431 can be resolved. If anyone has time to contribute to those ticket, please do!

I can contribute to https://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/13275 if that is any help.
