1 -- CSS problem in latest Chrome on Windows 10 and Android 8 ... the "More" menu has no content ... screenshot ...

Hello Josiah,

 That is because when the tiddler lose its focus, all the view toolbar is got hidden.

You can disable this, if you like. 

Note: By current setting the view toolbar (tiddler toolbar) is hidden and will be displayed when the tiddler is under focus.

Hi again Josiah,

 Disable the below stylesheet by removing its '$:/tags/Stylesheet' tag:

$:/plugins/.mr/shiraz/stylesheet/tw-adjustment

Please share what you will get by this change.
