[TW5] Prerelease of new tiddler manager

I’ve just uploaded a new prerelease of v5.1.14 that incorporates updates to the tiddler manager (see the screenshot below). I’d very much appreciate your thoughts on the way that it is taking shape.

Compared to the version shown during Hangout #101 at the weekend, there are the following changes:

* Separated the tag manager and the tiddler manager into independent tiddlers (the plan is that the tiddler manager will be extended to cover the functionality of the tag manager, and the latter can be deprecated)

* Add a select box for choosing between viewing tags and tiddlers

* Individual (and extensible) expandable/collapsible panels for the current tiddler

* New editor panels for tiddler colour and icon

* Removed “show untagged” option as the implementation was clumsy and the result not particularly useful

* All the strings are now translatable

I’d like to see the tiddler manager receive some substantial updates in the future:

* Ability to visualise tags or other field values as part of the main tiddler listing

* Adding checkboxes and the ability to perform bulk operations across all the selected tiddlers

The new tiddler manager is a big step forward I think.
I am very pleased with it.

That’s great. I use the “Batch Add or Remove Tags” plugin a lot. If you make a checkbox bulk operation, please make a button to select all tiddlers of your filter query.

It would be nice to incorporate (but not instead of the new functionality) the fields in the lines, from the old tag manager. like count, icon and colour, as this is faster to edit. It would also be nice do something similar as well with the tiddler section, using the blank space on the lines. maybe showing the 3 fist tags or even better:

showing info from a field that you chose from a pick-list or something. This way you could get a fast overview.
