Display/hide certain text portions in a tiddler?

Hi,
I am planning a tiddlywiki file in which individual tiddlers shall contain non-english verses as well as their English translation. Is there a way, a plugin with which the display of the translation lines can be displayed or hidden using a checkbox? In a tiddler each line of non-english verse shall be followed by its english translation. If need be I can gather the whole english text into one bunch at the end of tiddler too. Any idea appreciated.

Can you just put the translations into their own tiddlers, and then
use sliders to show/hide them?

Instead of core sliders you can use Eric's NestedSlidersPlugin, so you
can have the hidden content on a slider and in the same tiddler.
