Switched to Chrome

After struggling along with FF I have finally decided to try and make the switch to Chrome.

I am able to get everything working except launching local files. For example, I have a couple of links in my main menu to launch often used files:

<<LaunchApplicationLink "MLO" "To Dos" "file:///C:\Program Files\MyLifeOrganized.net\MLO\mlo.exe">>  

<<LaunchApplicationLink "Email" "EPAG addresses" "file:///C:\EmailList.xls">>

These no longer work. How can I overcome this problem?

As the author of the LaunchApplication plugin, I don't think there is much hope with that.
The plugin is bouncing off chrome security - it's amazing that it still works in FireFox. I believe that it does not work in IE any longer.
That said, I am all ears about getting it working in Chromium, and IE for that matter, so if someone figures out how to tweak it so that it does, let me know :)
