Hi Ryan,
You should have no trouble opening the same TiddlyWiki on multiple computers. However, editing is a different matter and not possible with a standard TiddlyWiki without plugins that lock the wiki for one particular user at a time for editing.

We use TiddlyWiki at work. It's located on a server and we can all
access it simultaneously. But as Tobias mentioned, you need a plugin
such as TiddlyLock (1) to lock the tiddlywiki while it's being edited.
