Create "child" tiddler with tag of "parent"

Hi All,

I am sure this has been answered before, but I failed my Google Check.

I would like the ability to create a "child" tiddler from a "parent" tiddler that automatically has a tag equal to the name of the "parent". E.g from tiddler "Big Task" I make a tiddler that I will call "Sub Task" and it automatically has a tag "Big Task".

This is a pretty bog-standard facility available in many of the "canned" developed flavors of TW - every on that I've check out but the core original.

MPTW's a very popular one, with quite extensive handling of "tiddlers as tags" (in fact I believe Simon was the one who really fleshed out many of the "taggly" concepts that are now part of the newer versions of core TW)
