Two of my favorite plugins are Simon Baird's AutoCorrectPlugin and Udo Borkowski's TiddlerAliasPlugin. I've used them in numerous TWs before, but apparently I've never used them together.
When present in the same TiddlyWiki, they conflict. AutoCorrectPlugin wipes out the aliases saved alongside a tiddler by TiddlerAliasPlugin.
You can disable AutoCorrectPlugin and save aliases to your tiddlers that will continue to work after AutoCorrectPlugin is re-enabled — but if you edit those tiddlers, any saved aliases will be wiped out without your realizing it. (The input field containing them is cleared on opening edit view; and it seems it's cleared again on saving, which prevents you from adding new aliases while AutoCorrectPlugin is installed.)
