Hi there.

I made some changes to autoweaveplugin:

http://tiddlywiki.pastebin.com/m230d5cab

- mostly I made it so that it won't autolink to tiddlers when the
tiddler is somewhere within << >> brackets, as well as making sure
that it won't link to tiddlers when the tiddler has " or ( or ) or
[[ or ]] already around it.

If the original author is still here, he can grab what I did, if he's
interested.

It was a lot of fun to try and think my way around what I wanted to
do, experiment and test stuff and see it finally working, so a nice
experience for me :)

Thanks so much for these very useful changes!

Till now I always had to enable and disable it again, if I edited a
tiddler with macros and AutoweavePlugin installed.

Would it be easy to implement no auto linking within NestedSliders
syntax too?

It shouldn't be a problem.. in theory, I just need some time to think
about it, tried one way of doing it which would have been quick and
easy, but I can't create an array of regexp's for some reason.. so
I'll need to solve it another way.

Hi
is there a AutoWeave variant that scans **existing** tiddler and
inserts links then automatically?
Cheers Michael

Kashgarinn - thanks for giving it some thought.

Kashgarinn, helpfull would also be ignoring the [img...] statements.

It already ignores img statements.

"is there a AutoWeave variant that scans **existing** tiddler and
inserts links then automatically?"
- No, FND has done a few scripts which run through alot of tiddlers,
you might want to check with him.

wolfgang: Try this: http://tiddlywiki.pastebin.com/m7f9e246f

- I'm not sure it'll work, try it and let me know.

Thanks for that quick addition!

I'll report back as soon I find the time to test it.

Great, but since I transformed all my img-Links to the ImageSizePlugin
syntax of Eric's ImageSizePlugin (http://www.TiddlyTools.com/
#ImageSizePlugin) I didn't realized that. Perhaps you have a look at
ImageSizePlugin - it's a great extension.

Does this plugin support http references to images? I had a link to a
file with the old syntax:
[img[http://www.samsontech.com/images/productimages/s-amp-web.jpg]]

that worked fine. I tried the new syntax:
[img(25%)[http://www.samsontech.com/images/productimages/s-amp-web.jpg]]

and it just displays the text as is, no image.

Am I missing something?

Bob,
the correct syntax is [img(heigh, width)[label | URL]]
e.g.
[img(30%, 30%)[PicLabel|http://www.text.com/test.jpg]]
for more details see Eric's description.

The description explicitly states:
"Use auto (or omit the value) for width or height to scale image
proportionally (i.e., maintain aspect ratio)."

Perhaps I am reading that too literally, as the examples always show
two parameters for size. I added 'auto' for the width (as the examples
show) and it works fine now.

Thanks all!

sorry... that text was misleading and has been corrected in the plugin
description.

Hi all,

I'm very interested in trying those AutoWeavePlugin-Hacks, but unfortunately the pastebin-Link is dead.
Could anybody paste it again?

Kind regard,
Albert

+1 for a valid PasteBin link. Thank you.

Doesn't work anymore with the latest TW version: text with titles to existing tiddler wont autoweave anymore. Funnily, these just don't change out of edit mode with clicking 'done'. However, I see Tobias just created an alternative. :-)
