Can tooltip show part of the tiddler content instead of date/creator info?

Hello!

When hovering my links I'd like to see the beginning (let's first 50 characters) of the linked tiddler

instead of usual info about author and creation/modification date.

Is it possible?

Specifically, tweak #637, which provides customizable tooltip
settings... and, in response to your requested use-case, I've just
added support for inserting an 'excerpt' of tiddler text, limited by a
configuration setting (default=50 chars).
