I live in Williamsburg, VA, but am planning on visiting my in-laws who live in Arlington. I am interested in fishing 4MR while I am in No. Va., and I am wondering where is a good access point where the water is warm enough to catch anything this time of year? Also, I have heard that you can fish Accotink this time of year. Is that true, and if so any suggestions on good access points?

I can't speak for Accotink, but here are some useful old posts about accessing 4MR:
And it seems to fish best on an outgoing tide, this time of year, as the warm water from the discharge gets pulled downstream.
