fish kill

Has anyone heard anything about a fish kill in the Potomac. I got to the Washington Channel this afternoon to find one to two hundred floating. The past few days there has been one or two which isn't uncommon Its varying species. I haven't been able to find anything official on it yet but it looks bad. Im sure there are a lot more than that but that's just what I have seen. I will try to upload some photos later.
