Hi Y'all,
Making an extended weekend trip to Charleston. As I am still new to fly fishing I am going to steer clear of surf fly fishing, but I will have access to a kayak and rivers/salt flats. Any recommendations of places I should check out, flies I should take along, and words of the wise for fly fishing in brackish waters? I will probably take my spin reel to fish off the Folly beach pier. Thanks for any ideas!
