Parker, Lauren (my gf) and I did a float on the shenandoah on Saturday.
Parker was in a kayak and Lauren and I in a canoe. Things started off a little slow but picked up quickly. Again we fished all topwater poppers. A couple sections were so good, we paddled back up to drift it twice.
Lauren's first smallmouth ever ended up being a monster and the big fish of the day. Sure is nice having a fish that size hit a popper.

Wow, those are some nice fish! Where did you do your float from?
