help buying a printer?

I'm looking to buy a cheap printer with low print cost. I saw canon pixma ip2772 printer for 4000 rupees.
Do you guys know anythung about it? Or are there any other suggestions.

if you need a good one, go for a 3-1(printer, copier and scanner) printer. but only just a printer costs low.
