Problem with the USB 3G Dongle

Friends,

My USB dongle since day or two earlier, doesn't recognize the sim.

I thought it's a problem with the sim and checked it with another

dongle but sim worked.


My Dongle is Huawei one.

when attempting to connect It's mobile Partner software shows that,

'You can't connect before register an available network'.

When connecting to computer it says,

'The SIM/UCIM card has not been detected or is invalid'


What could be the problem? Plz help.

01. ඔයා dongle එක connect කරන්නෙ කොහොමද? usb extension cable එකක් හරහාද?
කෙලින්ම ද?

පේනවිදිහට sim එක හොඳයිනෙ, එක්කෝ ඔයාගෙ dongle එකේ නැත්නම් mobile
partner/drivers වල ලෙඩක් වෙන්න ඕනෙ.

i. dongle එක වෙන computer එකකට connect කරල, sim එක වැඩ කරනවද කියල බලන්න.
ඔයාගෙ dongle එකේද අවුල තියන්නෙ කියල බලන්න

ii. වැඩකරන 'huawei dongle' එකක් ඔයාගෙ pc එකට connect කරල sim එක වැඩ කරනවද
කියල බලන්න. (sim එක detect කරේ නැති mobile partner software එකම use කරන්න)
අවුල තියන්නෙ mobile partner වලද කියල බලන්න.

03. වෙන service provider කෙනෙකුගේ sim එකක් වැඩ කරනවද කියල බැලුවෙ නැද්ද?
(unlock කරපු dongle එකක්ද තියන්නෙ?)

04. mobile partner වල tools -> options -> network -> registration mode
වල 'auto search and register' විදිහටද තියන්නෙ?

05. ඉන්න තැනට signal හොඳට තියනවද? :)
