number of broadcast domains : 1
number of collision domains : 1 per port
forwards LAN broadcast      : yes
forwards LAN multicast   : yes (switch can be optimized for less forwarding)
ISO layer used when making forwarding decision : Layer 2
internal processing variants : (bridge : store-and-forward, switch : store-and-forward, cut-through, fragmentFree)

This is how I keep them in my mind.
Switch - works on one communication protocol (e.g- Ethernet).
Bridge - Can work on two different protocols on the two ends (e.g- Ethernet in one side and  Fiber/Wi-Fi on the other side).

Please note that it is very difficult to find stand-alone bridges nowadays. Some of the advance switched comes with the bridge built-in. All routers have bridges built-in too.

Re: Switch Vs. Bridge
A bridge has only two ports and looks at the destination of the frame before sending, if the destination address is not on the other side of the bridge it will not transmit the data across. This helps break up one large broadcast domain into 2 by using one bridge device.

A switch has multiple ports in which each port is its own collision domain, a switch will determine the source and destination of the incoming data and switch it to the port it needs to go to. Switch ports can be broken into many separate broadcast domains using vlans. A switch is more efficient in today's large networks.
