Who is the best ISP for Dedicated Access (Leased Lines). And anybody has comparison chart for Dedicated Access (Leased Lines) charges of ISP in Sri Lanka

if you want reliability, then its SLT, if your considering price, then
there are many.

but why do you need a leased line ?

 leased line for our office. currenty we have a SLT 64kbps leased line for our server (Os is fedora10 and web site has been designed with joomla 1.5) It is very slow. (www.natlib.lk) do you know. How can i identifying or measure  required bandwith for server.

Is there any other packages than pakages in http://www.sltnet.lk/dedicatedaccess.html in SLT

මේ සයිට් එකක් විතරද ? එහෙම නම් leased line එකක් අරන් හොස්ට් කරන එක තේරුමක් නෑ. reputed company එකකින් web hosting මිලදී අරගෙන හොස්ට් කරන්න. අවෂය වන bandwidth, disk space දන්නව නෙ.

මිල ගනන් ප්‍රසිද්ධියේ නෑ, http://www.sltidc.lk/contactus.html භාවිතා කරල තොරතුරු විමසන්න. කොහොමටත් US, UK, Germany ආයතන වලට වඩා නම් ගොඩාක් ගනන් වැඩියි.

1st mistake you did, keeping a site like that with in the office, best
solution is to get a web hosting, even at the price of a leased line.
you can get a dedicated server with 100mbps link :)

if you MUST keep it with in your office, get an ADSL, (2mbps office
pkg with dedicated ip) you will get 521kbps up for far far less price.

i personally dont recommended paying the high price of SLT, but if you
must its better then getting a faster leased line.

my recommendation is to get a web hosting, from a reputable company.
if you need really flexible solution. get a dedicated server. it
chaper then SLT leased line or even location a server at SLT IDC

They will offer you WiMax solutions with low prize.
 
If you request a solution from dialog,They will do a site surway and propose you the optimal solution.

really dont recommend dialog as a ISP for such situations. from my
personal experience.
found that there wimax network is not relabel at all.

සාමාන්‍යෙය වෙබ් සර්වරයකටනම් SLT 512 Upload වේගයක් තියන ලයින් එකක් හරි Dialog 1Mbps Upload තියන එකක් ගන්න. ඩයලොග් එකේ ඩවුන්ලෝඩ් අල උනාට අප්ලෝඩ් හොදා.
SLT දැන් සාමාන්‍යය අන්තර්ජාල සම්බන්ධතා වලට 1:1 Ratio දෙන නිසා වේගය හොදට තියෙයි

SLT හී සවරයක් තියන්න පුලුවන්, මසකට රු.40000කට වඩා යනව. කිසි තේරුමක්
නෑ. ඒ අයගේ එක එක නීති. හොදම දේ, ඇමරිකාව පැත්තෙන් හොද ඩේටාසෙන්ටර් එකක
ඩෙඩිකේටට්ඩ් සවර් එකක් ගන්න එක. මිල රු.20000කට අඩුවෙයි, හොදම ටේඩා
සෙන්ටර් එකකට ගියත්.

ඔව්! SLT එකේ පුලුවන්. 2Mbps shared connection එකක් එක්ක මාසයකට රැපියල් 25,XXX විතර ගෙවන්න වෙනව(මමත් SLT එකේ Colocation භාවිතාකරල තියෙනව, Service එක ගැනනමි කොහෙත්ම සෑහීමකට පත්විය නොහැක).
