How to name the advanced documents

Hey all,

This is the promised mail about the naming of "advanced" menu nodes.
Lets choose one:

- AdvancedMenuNode
- CompleteMenuNode
- FullMenuNode
- �berMenuNode
- SuperMenuNode
- SwissKnifeMenuNode
- LoadedMenuNode

I am +1 AdvancedMenuNode, and other ideas for names?

Just to recap, we seem to be generally in agrement that it would be a
good idea to have two versions of CMF Bundle documents where applicable.

One should be a stripped down "no bells and whistles" version, the other
should have all the bells and whistles and more.

The existing use case is the Menu Bundle. There are currently MenuNode
and MultilangMenuNode. The problem with this is that the "Multilang"
feature is only one of many potential features which can be added to a
menu node, other examples include "PublishWorkflow", "Versionable" and
other stuff like the recent "linkType" feature. If we have a document
specifically for adding Multilang (MultilangMenuNode) then it follows
that we should have corresponding documents for the other features, and
then a document for each possible combination. Neadless to say this is
not practical.

So instead we should have just two documents as mentioned above, the
user can then either use the advanced/"i-don't-care-i-want-it-all"
model or they can extend the basic model (MenuNode) and only add the
features they want (generally by implementing interfaces and using the
advanced document as a reference).

That is the gist of what we discussed I think, now we just need to
settle on the name, update the bundle standards document[1] and make a
PR on the menu bundle and any other bundles that this applies to.

OK, on IRC we did a quick vote

AllFeaturesMenuNode: +2.5
AdvancedMenuNode: +1.5 (rmsint was split between the two :)

Obviously this isn't a very big voting pool, but if nobody has any
objections we will go with AllFeaturesMenuNode.
