I hope you've all had some time to get your pen to page (or fingers to keyboard!) Can you believe summer is almost over? Real quick, I'd like to throw a  HUGE thanks to our Patreons who help keep this site running! We've had a couple new ones sign up this last week which has reminded me to re-do our goals there a bit. Offhand, we're looking to launch a few contests soon as would love to find some contest sponsors. We've had a couple step forward and we'll be starting to launch them very soon! What kind of sponsorship opportunities would we like? Books on writing, your own fiction (ideally physical copies), Amazon gift cards, etc. Please be sure to reach out to con...@horrortree.com if this is something you'd be interested in helping out on.  So those changes to contracts and payments I mentioned last week? Yes. I've dropped the ball. There are still only 2 changes needed for it. I'm hoping this week is when we'll see this change become a reality. We'll see! This is becoming a standard request - we're always looking for more help! From articles to interviews to reviews to those with artistic talent to web coders and beyond. If you're interested in contributing and think you have something that would help out PLEASE don't shy away from contacting us! *I have a special interest in someone who would want to do Top 10 lists or crowdsourced Q&A articles which I could help provide a crowd for.* Fun side note, when proofing the newsletter this week I realized we still had a link to our Google+ page! I won't lie, we did get some unique interactions there and I do miss it! I also added a direct link to a few of our featured products at the very bottom of the newsletter.
