The 2021 programme is open to anyone aged 14 – 17 and interested in exploring themes of neighbourhood, public space and art.

An Post Saorstát Éireann Stamp Commission
An Post have announced a competition for a special commission for artists to create an art piece marking next year’s centenary of Saorstát Éireann, the Irish Free State. The work of the chosen artist will feature on a postage stamp to mark the centenary on 6 December, 2022.
Artists are invited to submit artworks for the €10,000 commission in a competition being run by An Post in partnership with Business to Arts. An expert panel will be led by the Chairperson of the Stamp Design Advisory committee, Mick O’Dea PPRHA.
