Age NI is launching a new wellness plan online called Good Vibrations, starting on 1 March for anyone in NI over the age of 60. Based on the Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing campaign, this free programme will support you through the 5 Steps to Wellbeing: Connect, Get Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give –– all designed to help you feel good as we head into Spring.

*participants will be given a unique voucher code worth £69.99, to be redeemed at garmin.com. This can cover the minimum cost of a Garmin device, including P&P. The voucher code can also be used against the purchase of a more advanced Garmin device, if you wish, with any additional cost of upgrading funded by you. Garmin will handle any returns or refunds of devices. Be aware that Voucher Codes are non-refundable

In receiving a free Garmin device, participants agree to sharing their data with our project technology partner, Support to Perform Ltd who will control and protect personal data in accordance with GDPR and handle it carefully for the purposes of this project. You will also commit to uploading wellbeing data and sharing detailed daily and weekly feedback on the pilot programme as funded participants in this initial trial.
