#Cinemagic30 'Girls on Film' Live Podcast Sat 2 Nov, 2.30pm, Crescent Arts Centre, Ages: 15+, £8.00 The all-female film review podcast ‘Girls on Film’ presents a special live episode from Cinemagic’s Young Filmmaker Weekend, exploring new releases and classics from a feminist perspective. BBC NI Radio/TV Presenter Marie-Louise Muir, Writer/Director Aislinn Clarke and Writer/Actor Bronagh Taggart will join host Anna Smith on stage. Discussion will also focus on The Farewell, a ground-breaking Asian-American comedy, and Home, the documentary about Sarah Outen’s one woman round the world trek. These titles will prompt thought-provoking and entertaining discussions about representation on screen. The panel will also invite the audience to talk about their favourite films, actors and topical film news.
