Hi Friends,
I’ve had so many conversations with so many of you—whether over email, during a Zoom call or on social media—where I hear, “I always doubt my own creativity.”
But here’s the thing, every human is a deeply creative being. Your essence—who you really are—is so powerful, vital, colorful, curious, and ALIVE.
The trouble is that there are forces in life that conspire to damage the connection to this inner creative self, but the inner creative self is always there. It is never damaged, broken, or “not enough.”
My good friend Jacob Nordby (author of Blessed Are the Weird) just released his new book all about this very topic. It’s called The Creative Cure: How Finding and Freeing Your Inner Artist Can Heal Your Life and it’s something that can really help you if you’re deeply struggling.
Jacob and I have been friends for a long time. We’ve taught together in-person and online over the years, and I recommend his teachings so highly. He’s gentle, empathetic, and he gets what it means to be a sensitive intuitive person who is struggling with building the creative life you really want.
If this sounds like you, I strongly urge you to check out his new book:

You already have the big medicine within that’s needed to heal and transform any area of your life. You just need to say yes to it.
Much love,
Lauren
