The CineFocus Jury Programme is suitable for young people aged 12-25.
Where & When:
CineFocus 12+ (Ages 12-14) - Sat 13 & Sun 14 Oct, 10am-2.30pm, Strand Arts Centre
CineFocus 15+ (Ages 15-17) - Sat 6 & Sun 7 Oct, 1pm-6pm, QFT Belfast
CineFocus 18+ (Ages 18-25) - Sat 13 & Sun 14 Oct, 1pm-6pm, QFT Belfast
CineFocus Animation (Ages 15-25) - Fri 12, Sat 13, Sun 14 & Mon 15 Oct, 6pm-8.30pm, QFT Belfast
CineFocus Documentary (Ages 15-25) - Wed 10 & Thurs 11 Oct, 6pm-10pm, Crescent Arts Centre
Travel/Hospitality:
Travel to the jury screenings and hospitality is the responsibility of participants. Cinemagic can provide a list of B&Bs and hotels for those travelling from outside Belfast.
The Juror’s Pack:
Each jury member will receive a Juror’s Pack consisting of a t-shirt, bag, programme, badge, jury sheets and pen.
Cost:
£20.00 per jury member.
Availability:
Jury participation is based on a first come first served basis.
All young people participating in the jury will watch feature films before choosing their favourite. All the films will be screened in their original language with English subtitles where necessary.
