IFI French Film Festival with over 40 screenings from November 13th to 24th. The festival will include 24 Irish premieres, alongside programmes dedicated to the legacy of legendary filmmakers
Alice Guy-Blaché and
Claude Sautet. We will also welcome special guests Vincent Macaigne, star of
Happy Birthday and
Pure as Snow, and director

This week, we host a 25th anniversary screening of
Hoop Dreams (Wed at 19.30), welcome experimental filmmaker Moira Tierney for a Q&A screening of her new film
Down Claiborne (Thurs at 18.30), and screen new documentary
Where Does the Body End? about legendary soundsmiths Swans (Mon at 18.30). Our new releases on Friday are Martin Scorsese's
The Irishman and
Meeting Gorbachev directed by Werner Herzog and André Singer.
