Frustrated with PyDev, I'm trying spyder as the ide to work with
Maya's Python API. Is is possible to have auto-complete available for
such purposes? If so, how do I get it working?

It works right away on my system. Do you have rope installed?

I doubt it. What is rope in this particular context?
