64 bit installation - cannot view output files (http://localhost/ISB/data/interact.prot.shtml)

Hello. Can someone help with the following problem?

 

I am able to do searches but cannot view any output file. These files include the search results (*.tandem) and any other processing that follows. The file itself has 35.9 Mb and I observe the message below. Does this not indicate that the search was successful?
