Cannot view interact.prot.xml result from a large data set

Hi,

I installed TPP 4.5.2 on a Ubuntu 12.04LTS server. The demo runs fine on it. Then I put on a large data set. TPP reported "Command Successful" and generated result :

1) interact.pep.xml at 415,114k in size. the interact.pep.shtml page can be loaded from a Windows 7.

 

2) interact.prot.xml at 378,854k in size. when click the interact.prot.shtml, IE reports error: lost connection.

 

3) I attached the log file for this analysis.

 

If I pulled out a small portion of my data (6 RAW files) and run peptide prophet and protein prophet, it went through without problem and I can load the interact.prot.shtml file.

 

I also tried to load the file locally with Firefox on the ubuntu server where TPP is running, it took >5min then got error "the connection was reset"

 

Any suggestions?
