Create protXML file

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to create a protXML file by TPP following TPP demo2009 (step 10)...I load the interact.pep.xml file (a working file!), but clicking on Run ProteinProphet and then on view results it says "command:FAILED"...Has someone any idea?? the interact.pep.xml file is in Data folder with all other files created
